Sarah Skinner, CEO of Grace Blue, for a “Quick Conversation 🎤” asking what The Key 🔑 is to successful Client–Agency relationships?

👉 Sarah's response:

1️⃣ “The single biggest thing is leadership — specifically, the leadership of the CMO.”
2️⃣ “That leadership style sets the behaviour for the entire team.”
3️⃣ “It’s the way in which you communicate. It’s by showing what you expect of your agency partners.”
4️⃣ “Do not underestimate, as a CMO, what your personal individual role is in making sure that it’s a really productive, fruitful relationship.”
